Does registration mean service is active?

No. Crawford Merchants first reviews coverage, capacity, the monthly amount and the appropriate HUB assignment.

What does the monthly fee include?

Monthly service begins at J$5,000 and may be higher depending on the confirmed service arrangement. Free ongoing maintenance and 24-hour support intake are included.

When is the first monthly bill due?

The first monthly service bill is due one month after installation. It is separate from the J$8,000 installation fee.

When are later recurring bills due?

After the first bill, the due date repeats on the same calendar day each month unless Crawford Merchants records an authorized billing-date change.

Who owns the equipment?

All service equipment remains Crawford Merchants property. It must be cared for and returned after cancellation, replacement or another return request.

What can I do in the customer app?

After email-code verification, customers can review and confirm contact details, lodge payment claims, complaints, support tickets, late-payment explanations, cancellation requests, referrals and improvement feedback.

Where do I sign in?

Use the Crawford Merchants customer app. It includes Internet tools and direct links to shopping, gifts, vendors and the rest of the same website.
