These terms govern the shared website and account layer. Destination-specific confirmations and policies still apply before a purchase, listing, installation, diagnostic action or service activation.
Products, services and availability
Product availability, sourcing, installation readiness, delivery and final payable totals are confirmed before payment or activation. Gift and preorder submissions may remain non-binding until Crawford Merchants issues an approved confirmation.
Payments are externally verified
Only a verified receipt or account entry confirms allocation of a payment. A screenshot or claim is not final verification. Partial, advance and excess payments remain recorded against the applicable charge or credit rules.
Accounts, vendors and submitted content
Users must provide truthful information, protect access codes and use only their assigned role. Listings, reviews, files and messages may be reviewed or removed when inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, infringing or abusive.
Diagnostics and platform limits
Diagnostics are best-effort observations, not a guarantee of uninterrupted service. Disruptive actions require authorization, capability checks, audit evidence and rollback where supported.
