These terms govern the shared public website and account layer. Destination-specific confirmations and policies still apply before a purchase, listing or service activation.
Products, services and availability
Product availability, sourcing, delivery and final payable totals are confirmed before payment or activation. Gift and preorder submissions may remain non-binding until Crawford Merchants issues an approved confirmation.
Payments are externally verified
Only a verified receipt or account entry confirms allocation of a payment. A screenshot or claim is not final verification. Partial, advance and excess payments remain recorded against the applicable charge or credit rules.
Accounts, vendors and submitted content
Users must provide truthful information, protect access codes and use only their assigned role. Listings, reviews, files and messages may be reviewed or removed when inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, infringing or abusive.
Platform limits
Website and app availability may be interrupted by device settings, power, telecommunications, maintenance or third-party providers. Support cannot guarantee immediate resolution of every issue.
