Crawford Merchants collects information reasonably needed to operate its services, secure accounts, fulfil requests and provide support. Marketing and optional diagnostics require separate choices.
Information used to provide services
This may include contact and address details, account and service identifiers, order or request history, payment-claim evidence, consent choices, support records and device/browser details needed for security and operation.
Diagnostics remain customer controlled
A Network Doctor scan runs only when the customer starts it or separately enables a disclosed schedule. Customer-facing results exclude provider credentials, owner-only topology and other customers’ information.
Access, sharing and retention
Authorized roles use information only for assigned duties. Selected couriers, payment providers, approved vendors or technical providers receive only what is reasonably necessary. Crawford Merchants does not sell customer information.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. Some order, security and accounting records may need to be retained for legal or business-record purposes.
